We were asked to help transform an old warehouse into a modern, contemporary office environment. We worked alongside an interior designer and office fit out team to bring our skills together in this amazing transformation.

• Concrete on a roll: Travertine style concrete wall covering wrapped to a bespoke media wall.
• LED Signage: Energy-efficient, modern illuminated signage enhancing key areas.
• Reeded Glazing: Reeded glass vinyl applied to inner glazed panels
• Bespoke AI generated framed artwork: AI generated artwork beautifully framed in wood.
• Outdoor signage: Aluminium tray sign alongside car park signage.
• Hanging acoustic raft: Bespoke acoustic hanging raft to help with the acoustic properties of the conference room.

OUR APPROACH

We collaborated closely with the design and build team to ensure all elements fit the project’s vision. From concept to installation, we focused on delivering high-quality, visually stunning results.

INSTALLATION

Signage was installed to the exterior of the building and the car park for visibility and way finding. We then installed our Concrete wall covering over the top of a bespoke media wall. This complimented the previously installed acoustic wood panels. Reeded glass vinyl was then applied to multiple panes of glass throughout the building. A large halo lit acrylic sign was then installed to the wall to show off the slick curves of the new brand. Using our own internal AI image generation platform Fraimd, the client created their own bespoke artwork. We picture framed these creations in beautiful wooden frames and installed to the freshly painted walls. A bespoke acoustic hanging raft was then installed directly about the conference room table finishing off the modern look and feel of the premises.

RESULTS

This brand new blank canvas was beautifully transformed into a modern office with a contemporary style. Vibrant bespoke artwork really sets this premises off against the earthy colour palette alongside the greenery of the installed plants. The client was so pleased it has taken his company to the next level and the premises is now a show stopper to all visitors.
